Registration Options

To secure your spot, you can choose to:

• Pay the full amount (€3,000)
  or

• Pay a non-refundable deposit of €900.

The deposit will be deducted from the total retreat price.

Remaining Balance:

The remaining balance of €2,100 must be paid by August 21st, 2025.

Up to 2 total payments are allowed (including the deposit).

After August 31st, your spot is not guaranteed if full payment has not been received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel:

Until August 15th, 2025 – Full refund of any payments made, minus transaction fees and the €900 non-refundable deposit.

From August 16th to August 25th, 2025 – 50% refund of the total paid, excluding the €900 deposit.

From August 26th onward – No refunds. However, you're welcome to transfer your spot to someone else (with prior approval from our team).
 

Transaction & Cancellation Terms

All transaction and processing fees are the participant’s responsibility and non-refundable, even in the case of a refund.

We recommend using payment methods with minimal fees.

By making a payment, you agree to all terms outlined above.

📍 If the retreat is canceled by the organizers, you will receive a full refund including the deposit (minus any processing fees).
📍 In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, war, strikes), refunds may not be available—but we’ll do our best to offer alternative solutions, like credit toward a future retreat.

This journey is a space for deep transformation. By joining, you are committing to showing up fully—for yourself and for the group.

Our team is here to support you throughout the retreat.
If, for any reason, you need to leave before the end, we understand—but please note that no refunds will be provided for missed time.

We encourage you to stay until the end to fully receive everything this experience has to offer.
