What makes this retreat unique?
This retreat is not just about relaxation; it is a transformative journey that blends deep self-exploration with Iceland’s raw and untamed nature. The combination of guided practices, nature immersion, and group connection creates a one-of-a-kind experience.
How physically demanding is the retreat?
The retreat includes nature excursions, which may involve moderate hiking or walking on uneven terrain. However, all activities are adaptable, and participants can engage at their own comfort level.

Is the retreat suitable for solo travelers?
Absolutely! Many participants come alone and leave with deep connections. The retreat environment is welcoming and supportive, making it easy to connect with like-minded people.
Accommodation & Logistics
Will I have Wi-Fi and cell service during the retreat?
While some areas may have Wi-Fi, we encourage participants to disconnect as much as possible to fully immerse themselves in the retreat experience. Cell service may be limited in remote locations.
What should I pack for the retreat?
We recommend bringing warm, layered clothing, waterproof outerwear, comfortable walking shoes, a refillable water bottle, and a journal. Iceland in September typically experiences temperatures between 5-10°C (41-50°F), with a chance of rain and strong winds. Be prepared for changing weather conditions. A detailed packing list will be sent before the retreat.

Can I arrive earlier or stay longer in Iceland?
Yes! If you wish to extend your stay, we can provide recommendations on accommodations and activities before or after the retreat. However, additional costs are not covered by the retreat.

What if I’m new to self-development practices?

Whether it's meditation, breathwork, or other transformative practices, you'll receive clear guidance every step of the way. You're encouraged to engage at your own pace and explore in a way that feels right for you.

How does the Icelandic landscape enhance the retreat experience?
The powerful landscapes of Iceland—its waterfalls, volcanic grounds, and open skies—create a natural setting that amplifies personal transformation and deep connection with oneself.

How can I contact you if I have more questions?
We’re happy to help! If you have any questions before the retreat, feel free to reach out to us via email, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
